**The Role**: I am looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work one-on-one with a Key Stage 1 child who has speech, language, and communication needs. This role is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on a child’s educational journey.

**Requirements**:

- Be an outstanding Teaching Assistant with the ability to support a child with additional needs.
- Be an excellent team player.
- Be committed to equality of opportunity for our pupils.
- Have excellent organisational and inter-personal skills.
- Have Experience with communication methods like Makaton or P.E.C.S is desirable.
- Knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum would be an advantage.
- A compassionate and patient approach to supporting children with SEN.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.
- Enhanced DBS
