Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Educational Needs (SEN) teacher to join our team at Randstad Education. As an SEN teacher, you will be responsible for supporting children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). If you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of others, this could be the ideal role for you.

About the Role

This is a full-time position available as soon as possible, offering flexibility in terms of duration. We are looking for someone who can provide inspiring support to students with SEND, helping them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with SEND in a classroom setting, providing individualized attention and care.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in teaching and experience working with students with SEND.
  • An understanding of current education policies and best practices in SEN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
