We are looking for a highly experienced PR Account Manager/Director to lead our Edinburgh team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and managing high-profile client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationships: Build strong client partnerships and lead meetings.">
  • Campaign Management: Deliver client programmes on time, achieving KPIs while maintaining exceptional quality.">
  • Media Relations: Forge connections with Scottish media, craft engaging story angles, and mentor junior team members.">
  • Content & Quality Control: Develop and review multi-channel content, ensuring alignment with client goals.">
  • Innovation & Crisis Management: Proactively manage issues and draft reactive content while generating fresh, creative ideas.">
  • Growth & Strategy: Contribute to new business proposals and identify opportunities within existing accounts.">
  • Team & Culture: Mentor team members, support the agency's inclusive culture, and engage in team-building initiatives.">
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets and resources efficiently, offering solutions to optimise execution.">

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in PR account management, ideally within the financial or professional services sectors.">
  • Expertise in media relations, content strategy, and client consultancy.">
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organisational skills.">
