Dedicated Healthcare Support Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, one of the largest providers of luxury elderly care homes in the UK.
About the RoleAs a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high standards of personal care to our residents, ensuring their independence, dignity, and respect. Your focus will be on assisting residents with all aspects of their personal hygiene care, while also identifying and escalating any clinical risk areas in a timely manner.
- You will work closely with the care team to ensure continuity of services and maintain a safe environment for residents.
- Your responsibilities will include acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality, and practicing safe systems of work across a range of tasks.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to demonstrate initiative and respect towards residents and other people in the home. Additionally, you should be an efficient worker who can carry out reasonable instructions from other team members and be adaptable and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

The estimated salary for this role is £19,500 - £20,500 per annum, depending on location and experience.
