Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to lead our care team at Baugh House Care Centre, a 60-bed home situated in Sidcup. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of care, leading the care team to deliver outstanding outcomes, and maintaining effective communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve a high standard of care, prioritizing the needs of our residents.
  • Lead the care team to deliver excellent outcomes, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain effective communication, both verbally and in writing, to ensure accurate reporting and seamless collaboration with the senior care team.
  • Manage wounds effectively, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • E nsure that care procedures are carried out according to policy, promoting a safe and respectful environment for all residents.
  • Administer medicines accurately, adhering to policy and statutory requirements.
  • Provide personalized care for residents, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Supervise and appraise staff, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Participate in training and development programs, enhancing skills and knowledge to improve resident care.
