Care Coordinator for Elderly Communities

We are now seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as a Care Coordinator for Elderly Communities.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will focus on supporting the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being.
Responsibilities include maintaining a safe living and working environment, contributing to the positive and professional image of the home, reporting changes in residents' condition, and supporting with ordering supplies for upcoming activities.

This role requires a DBS Disclosure check, which will be met by Avery Healthcare, and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
