Job Description:Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high standards of personal care to residents, ensuring their dignity, comfort, and safety at all times.
- Assist residents with their personal hygiene needs, promoting independence and confidence.
- Recognize and respond to clinical risk areas, such as weight loss, pressure sores, and falls, escalating concerns to senior staff when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- A comprehensive induction program, equipping you with the skills and knowledge required to excel in your role.
