About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Podiatrist to join our Bexley Podiatry Team. As a Specialist Podiatrist, you will be responsible for providing assessment and treatment to clients with high risk foot conditions, including wound care and nail surgery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assessment and treatment to clients in community and outreach clinics, hospitals, and clients' homes.
- Develop and agree treatment plans with clients, with support from senior staff.
- Assess clients at every visit and refer to specialist services as appropriate.
- Prescribe and manufacture orthoses, insoles, and appliances as required.
- Participate in specialist teams and rotate through different teams to update clinical skills and knowledge.

Person Specification
Essential
- Previous experience in high risk and wound care.
- Minimum of 12 months as a Band 5 Podiatrist.
Desirable
- Prior Band 6 Podiatrist experience.
High Risk Foot CPD
- Evidence of recent and ongoing CPD in relevant field.
