About the Job:

  • Provide individualized support to students with SEND, focusing on their academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Develop and implement personalized education plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants and other support staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers to keep them informed about student progress.
  • Participate in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.

Salary and Package:
