Care Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at The Manor House care home in Knaresborough. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide dignified personal care to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks
- Assist with meal times and provide support with various aspects of residents' lives
- Offer sensitive and appropriate support to residents with dementia and other complex needs
- Build strong relationships with residents, based on understanding, trust, and genuine care
