About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Worker to join our team at North Yorkshire County Council. As a Care and Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks and activities.
  • Support residents to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
