Support Worker Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at The Wilf Ward Family Trust. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our service users, assisting with daily living tasks, and promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks
* Assist with medication administration and monitoring
* Promote independence and well-being through activities and support
* Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

* Experience working in a care or support role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
* Commitment to providing high-quality care and support
