Wellbeing and Community Support Officer

As a Wellbeing and Lifestyle Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by planning and delivering activities that cater to their physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.
You will work closely with our care team to ensure that each resident receives a tailored approach to their wellbeing, taking into account their preferences and abilities.
The ideal candidate will have good written and verbal communication skills, IT skills, and a full, clean driving license.
A working knowledge of health and safety legislation is also an advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver activities that cater to the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of residents
- Work closely with the care team to ensure that each resident receives a tailored approach to their wellbeing
- Maintain accurate records of resident activity and progress
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to enhance resident wellbeing
