Ribbons & Reeves is seeking an experienced Attendance and Wellbeing Support Officer to join our client's team in Kensington & Chelsea. This role plays a vital part in promoting high levels of student attendance and ensuring their safety, contributing to their personal and academic growth.

As an Attendance and Wellbeing Support Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring and tracking student attendance daily, identifying patterns, and addressing absenteeism issues promptly. You will also liaise with parents and guardians to discuss attendance and safeguarding concerns, offering support and working collaboratively to improve outcomes for students.

  5. Maintaining accurate attendance records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding protocols, school policies, and legal requirements.
