We are seeking a highly motivated Active Community Support Officer to join our team at Enable Leisure and Culture. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting our facilities and services to the local community, while ensuring the smooth operation of our centre.

Salary and Benefits

Main Responsibilities

As an Active Community Support Officer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting our facilities and services to the local community, engaging with schools, sports clubs, and other stakeholders.
  • Supporting the delivery of programmes and activities, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with staff and participants.
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure effective collaboration and shared goals.
  • Conducting regular site visits to monitor centre operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, analyzing data to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role or relevant industry, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
