Job Title: Registered Support Living Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Support Living Manager to join our team at Care First UK Recruitment Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, governance, and management in the domiciliary care home to ensure the delivery of high-quality holistic care, maintain high levels of occupancy, and compliance with CQC and other regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, governance, and management in the domiciliary care home.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality holistic care.
  • Maintain high levels of occupancy.
  • Comply with CQC and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a manager role within the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of health and social care practices and regulations.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communicator, an active listener, and good documentation.
  • Empathetic, dedicated, and compassionate for customers and their families.
  • Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Strong ability to learn, resilient, and adaptable to new challenges.
