At United Living, we have one of the largest specialist in-house teams for project management, acquisition, design, construction, and maintenance in the UK.

Job Description

Here at United Living our refurbishment team is growing and we are on the lookout for a Contracts Manager to come and join us. We are looking for candidates that have experience of working within a main contractor on residential refurbishment projects. Our ideal candidate will already be a Contracts Manager, managing multiple sites up to the value of £10-£15million.

Our commercial and operational teams are integrated to ensure that we offer best value and service to our clients. Procurement will be a major part of the role, including negotiating packages of work with our subcontractors and supply chain partners. 

About you

5 Years’ experience working for a refurbishment main contractor Minimum 2 years working as a Contracts Manager Leadership experience Good data interrogation skills Valid driving licence Competent use in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel Trackers Excellent client engagement skills Excellent Health and Safety Awareness Commercially aware Excellent people skills and the ability to drive performance from your team of staff

Qualifications

SMSTS Asbestos Awareness First Aid at Work Relevant NVQ desirable
