About ESP Recruitment London (Events)

We are a creative agency based in the Home Counties, seeking a Senior/Project Manager to oversee the strategic planning and delivery of event construction projects. This role involves full accountability for project management, including scoping, producing, and implementing plans.

Main Responsibilities
  • Receiving client briefs and delivering accurate quotes to inspire engagement.
  • Directing information to internal and external partners, including our supply chain, venues, and clients.
  • Acting as the focal point to keep teams and clients involved and updated throughout the project.
  • Liaising with Construction Managers, Operations Teams, and craftspeople to ensure timely completion and high standards.
  • Tracking budget spend and project margin, making adjustments where necessary.
  • Taking briefs from concept to full project delivery.
  • Maintaining a high level of finish and detail.
  • Keeping all parties informed at all stages of production, dealing with on-site schedules and changing briefs.
  • Attending weekly production meetings to stay up-to-date on ongoing projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in project management within events or stand build and design agencies.
  • A positive attitude with creative problem-solving skills, working under changing timelines and priorities.
  • Autonomy to work on various projects, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational ability to manage workloads and projects.
  • Professionally managing teams while on site.
  • Managing financial quotes and keeping to budgets.
  • Highly self-motivated with a commercial approach to managing projects.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and suggest solutions.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to provide solutions.
Salary Information

The salary for this position is £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
