About the Role

Elysium Healthcare is seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Manager to lead our Asher House service, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to CQC standards and regulations, maintaining a safe and supportive environment for service users.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and services.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, such as CQC and Safeguarding, to ensure compliance and best practice.
  • Contribute to the strategic development of the care home, aligning with Elysium's objectives and business plan.
  • Promote and enhance Elysium Healthcare's reputation for high-quality outcomes and services.

Requirements

  • Experience in challenging behaviour and positive behaviour support, with a strong understanding of autism and learning disabilities.
  • Registered Nurse with a proven track record in management roles within the social or healthcare sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to support successful service delivery and development.
  • Inclusive and supportive management style, with strong leadership skills to drive change and improvement.
  • Experience in working with external agencies, such as CQC and Safeguarding.
  • Commitment to a person-centred approach, delivering high-quality services to enable individuals to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.
