About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Manager to lead our Learning Disability and Autism service at Asher House. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the service, ensuring the delivery of excellent care and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Develop close working relationships with the experienced and established teams, and other external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
  • Care and Service Delivery: Ensure adherence to CQC standards and regulations, and facilitate the development of quality healthcare services that respond to the changing needs of clients and reflect market trends and evidence-based practice.
  • Strategic Development: Contribute to the strategic development of the care home, ensuring adherence to Elysium's objectives and business plan.
  • Reputation and Quality: Promote and enhance Elysium Healthcare's reputation for high-quality outcomes for clients, and understand and respond to the specific needs of individuals with Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
  • Contract Reviews and Representation: Participate in contract reviews and represent the organisation in respect of service delivery.
  • Team Supervision and Development: Lead the supervision and annual review process within Elysium Care Partnerships for your team.
Requirements
  • Experience and Qualifications: Experience with Challenging Behaviour and Positive Behaviour Support, and a Registered Nurse qualification.
  • Management Experience: An excellent track record in a management role within the social or healthcare sector, together with strong commercial acumen to support successful service delivery and development.
  • Leadership and People Management: An inclusive and supportive management style balanced with strong leadership to provide direction and implement change.
  • External Agency Experience: Experience in working with external agencies such as CQC, Safeguarding, CCGs, etc.
  • Person-Centred Approach: A commitment to a person-centred approach to deliver high-quality services that enable people to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.
