About the Role:
Middlesbrough Council is seeking a dedicated and skilled Social Work Professional to join our Assessment Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting timely and robust assessments for children and their families.
We are committed to providing a supportive and dynamic work environment that allows our Social Workers to thrive. With a manageable caseload and strong peer and management support, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and innovative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments within 45 working days
- Share expert advice with your manager on risk management and support needs
- Collaborate with the MACH and other partner agencies to ensure timely and appropriate responses
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and partner agencies
