We are looking for a motivated individual who is adaptable and change-oriented, who can support the Team Manager to ensure that the team delivers an effective social work service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Undertaking supervision meetings

Supporting the day-to-day running of the team

Offering advice and guidance and supporting with case allocations, support plan approvals and case closures

Ensuring that the team meets performance and recording standards

Deputising in the absence of the Team Manager

Managing a small caseload of complex cases

The estimated salary for this position is £43,532 - £51,403 per annum.

Applicants should hold CSS, CQSW, DipSW, or a Degree in Social Work qualification and be registered with Social Work England.
