About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Multi-Agency Children Hub. You will be working as part of a team of professionals to provide support and intervention to children and families who are at risk or experiencing difficulties.

Key Responsibilities

• Assessing and managing cases of children and families who are at risk or experiencing difficulties
• Developing and implementing care plans
• Working with other professionals, including health, education, and police, to ensure that children and families receive the support they need
• Providing advice and guidance to families
• Representing the council at meetings and conferences

Essential Skills and Experience

• Qualified Social Worker with current registration with the Social Work England
• Experience of working with children and families
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance
• Experience of working in a multi-agency setting
• Experience of using electronic case management systems
