Learning Support Officer Chesterfield Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Learning Support Officer to join our team in Chesterfield. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success and development of primary school students across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

About the Role:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons with the support of teachers.
  • Support individual students and small groups to enhance their learning.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Contribute to the planning and preparation of classroom activities.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Cache or NVQ Level 2, 3, or 4 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
  • Ability to provide reference details from your most recent employment.
  • Hold or be willing to process an Enhanced DBS Certificate.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Experience supporting children in a classroom setting across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

Salary and Benefits:

£22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. Excellent rates of pay, shortened working hours (8:30 AM to 3:30 PM), and incentives such as a £75 refer-a-friend voucher.
