About the Role:
As a Qualified Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of primary school students across Chesterfield. You will work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons, and provide support to individual students and small groups to enhance their learning.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching assistant services to support the learning and development of primary school students.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to plan and prepare classroom activities.
  • Provide support to individual students and small groups to enhance their learning.
  • Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:
  • Hold a Cache or NVQ Level 2, 3, or 4 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
  • Ability to provide reference details from your most recent employment.
  • Hold or be willing to process an Enhanced DBS Certificate.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Experience supporting children in a classroom setting across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per year (dependent on experience).
