**Job Description:**

We are an education agency with great relationships with schools across Chesterfield, looking for an exceptional teaching assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting pupils with challenging behaviour, developing positive relationships, and assisting in delivering the curriculum.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our pupils, with a competitive daily rate of £90-110, depending on experience.

**Key Responsibilities include:**

  1. Providing one-to-one support and group interventions to pupils.
  2. Assisting teachers in delivering lessons and achieving learning outcomes.
  3. Conducting home visits and tuition sessions (mileage reimbursed).
  4. Working closely with other professionals to develop effective support plans.

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service.
  • A valid driving licence and business insurance.
  • Experience working with SEND and SEMH children.
