Lead Dental Nurse Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our team at Bupa Dental Care. As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of dental nurses, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of dental nurses to deliver high-quality patient care and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and manage audits to maintain high standards.
- Oversee reception and staff rotas to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Update patient records and maintain accurate records of patient care.
- Set up decontamination of instruments and provide clinical chair-side support to dentists.
- Undertake some reception duties and provide excellent patient care.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of dental nurses.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
