Lead Dental Nurse Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our team at Bupa Dental Care. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for leading a team of dental nurses and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of dental nurses to deliver exceptional patient care
- Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and manage audits
- Oversee reception and staff rotas
- Update patient records and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists and undertake some reception duties
- Ensure the decontamination of instruments and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Provide excellent patient care and maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
