Lead Dental Nurse Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our team at Bupa Dental Care. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for leading a team of dental nurses and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of dental nurses to ensure excellent patient care and high-quality treatment outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and manage audits to maintain a high standard of care.
- Oversee reception and staff rotas to ensure smooth practice operations.
- Update patient records and maintain accurate records of treatment and patient care.
- Set up decontamination of instruments and provide clinical chair-side support to dentists.
- Undertake some reception duties and provide excellent patient care.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of dental nurses.
- Collaborate with other practice teams to ensure seamless patient care and treatment.
