Lead Dental Nurse Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our team at Bupa Dental Care. As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our dental nurses in providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of dental nurses to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient practice operations.
- Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and manage audits to maintain a high standard of practice.
- Oversee reception and staff rotas to ensure smooth practice operations.
- Update patient records and maintain accurate records of patient care.
- Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists and undertake some reception duties.
- Ensure the decontamination of instruments and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Provide excellent patient care and maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of dental nurses.
