Support Staff for SEND Pupils

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Support Staff member to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to pupils with Special Educational Needs, enabling them to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with SEN
- Providing individualized support to pupils with SEN, promoting independence and confidence
- Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and communicating effectively with teachers and parents
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, resilience, and adaptability
- Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
