About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled B2C Sales Manager to join our team at Premier Engineering. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and improve results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Premier Engineering remains competitive
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in B2C sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform sales strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals
