About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled mortgage administrator to join our team at Taskmaster. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing mortgage applications from start to finish.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a mortgage administration role within a financial services environment.
  • Solid understanding of the UK mortgage market, including different types of mortgage products.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients throughout the mortgage application process.
  • Maintaining compliance with FCA regulations and data protection standards.
  • Managing multiple mortgage applications simultaneously and prioritizing workloads efficiently.

Technical Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong knowledge of the mortgage application process.
  • Proficiency with mortgage-related CRM systems and lender platforms.
  • Competence with financial documentation.

Estimated Salary: £12.50 - £13.00 per hour.
