Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

Gi Group is currently seeking a highly skilled Counterbalance FLT driver to join our team on a temporary basis. Based in Peterborough, this role offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work with a leading recruitment agency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a Counterbalance FLT, loading and unloading goods, and ensuring the efficient dispatch of loads. This role requires strong communication and organisational skills, as well as attention to detail and a commitment to health and safety.

• Safely operate the Counterbalance FLT to transport goods around the warehouse and loading bay
• Loading and unloading goods in a safe and efficient manner
• Ensure loads are dispatched on time and meet customer requirements
• Comply with Health and Safety procedures and report any issues or faults to the Team Leader
• Maintain effective communication at all times and engage in departmental continuous improvement activities

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence (ITSSAR, RTITB, or AITT standard)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to health and safety
