Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in implementing policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve staff knowledge and skills.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management, labor costs, and sales data.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
