About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Technician to join our laboratory team at Queen Mary University of London. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing bacterial cytological profiling and imaging protocols, as well as obtaining high-quality images using phase contrast, confocal and super-resolution microscopy.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant BSc/BA degree (MSc desirable) and extensive experience with molecular biology techniques, including gene cloning and purification. You will also have a strong background in live cell imaging and a keen interest in bacterial response to antibiotics and bacterial cell biomechanics.
