About You

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience of caring for older people, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a compassionate and empathetic approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents with their daily activities, including personal care and medication management
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Encourage residents to engage in activities and hobbies
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Working Arrangements

This is a bank position, which means you will be required to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends. You will be expected to be flexible and adaptable, as your working hours may vary from week to week.
