Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Assistant to join our team in Bridlington. As a key member of our care support team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, with excellent communication skills and a caring attitude. You will work closely with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans that meet each individual's unique needs.

Responsibilities will include preparing meals, providing personal care, assisting with medications, and supporting service users with daily tasks such as shopping. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of service user interactions and contribute to ongoing care planning discussions.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.11 per hour, paid travel time, and the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week. You will also receive comprehensive training and support from our experienced team, including induction and development programs.
