We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Bank Regional Care Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents in their homes. This includes monitoring the delivery of care, contributing to person-centred care planning, and providing emotional support and companionship.
**Requirements**
- A background in care or equivalent experience
- Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to work independently
