We are looking for a talented Food Preparation Specialist to join our dynamic buffet team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preparing hot and cold dishes for our breakfast buffet. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food products that meet our customers' expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparing hot and cold dishes for the breakfast buffet
  • Preparing dishes for our Chill#02 menu
  • Receiving and checking deliveries, washing dishes and kitchen utensils, cleaning equipment and production areas
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the pantry, fridges, and freezers
  • Complying with Food Safety regulations
  • Creating new menu ideas

Requirements:

  • Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Positive with a can-do attitude
  • Flexible with working hours is essential
  • Preferably experience working in a kitchen as a chef or assistant

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
