Kitchen Preparation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our team at AccorHotel. The ideal candidate will have excellent food preparation skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare hot and cold dishes for the breakfast buffet
- Prepare dishes for our Chill#02 menu
- Receive and check deliveries, wash dishes and kitchen utensils, clean equipment and production areas
- Maintain cleanliness of the pantry, fridges, and freezers
- Comply with Food Safety regulations
- Create new menu ideas
