Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Specialist to join King's College Catering Department. The successful candidate will assist the Head Chef and Executive Head Chef in maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of meals for students, staff, and visitors.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
  • Food Hygiene qualification.
  • Prior experience in a similar establishment.
  • High-volume conference and banqueting experience is an advantage.
