Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for hosting and managing site hygiene audits, ensuring the facility is always prepared for both internal and external inspections. This includes managing the hygiene department budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high standards.

Communication and Problem-Solving:

You will serve as the key point of contact for hygiene-related matters, ensuring clear communication across all relevant departments. This involves taking ownership of any non-conformances or hygiene issues, addressing them promptly and proactively preventing future occurrences.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hygiene management within a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards, regulations, and audit processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage budgets and supplier relationships effectively.
