About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our East Staffordshire Integrated Mental Health Team based in Burton on Trent. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing planned recovery-focused care to our service users.
Main Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with other Trust services to provide seamless care for service users in the Integrated Mental Health Teams
- Deliver agreed therapeutic interventions to assist service users in achieving their recovery goals
- Undertake physical health assessments, including weight, height, blood pressure, ECG, and phlebotomy
- Contribute to planning and delivering therapeutic activities with identified groups of service users

Person Specification
- Advanced Apprenticeship in Mental Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
