Mental Health Support Worker Role

Gray Healthcare is a specialist Health and Social Care provider, supporting individuals with complex needs, disabilities, and long-term conditions. We are currently seeking a skilled Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in the Burton-on-Trent area.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide high-quality support to individuals with mental health issues, including those with Asperger's, OCD, and Psychosis.
* Work collaboratively with a male-only team to deliver 24-hour support to a gentleman living independently in his own home.
* Implement detailed care plans and risk assessments to ensure the individual's safety and well-being.
* Develop and maintain a good working relationship with the individual, their family, and other healthcare professionals.

**Requirements:**
* Social care experience, ideally within mental health, with some experience of supporting individuals with complex health needs and Learning Disabilities.
* Ability to provide encouragement and support to individuals with challenging behaviors.
* Experience implementing PBS approaches, such as PROACT-SCIPr-UK.
* Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
