We're looking for someone with a confident, approachable manner and excellent communication skills. You'll need an ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification, along with a proven track record of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging and inspiring members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
- Making the most of every opportunity to help people learn and develop
- Delivering one-to-one lessons or group classes
- Being a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach
- Promoting memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £17.00 per hour, plus a range of benefits to enhance your work-life balance. Our bank working pattern means you'll work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
