Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bay Host at Topgolf. As a Bay Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a fun and memorable experience in our golf bays.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, ensuring they feel at ease and informed about our offerings.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely and accurate manner, exceeding guest expectations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas, including clearing tables and retrieving golf balls.
- Assist guests with bay setup and provide clear instructions on how to use our technology.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
- Demonstrate Topgolf's Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations at all times.
Critical Skills & Experience Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
