**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bay Host to join our team at Topgolf. As a Bay Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas, and delivering food and beverage orders in a timely and accurate manner.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Greet and welcome guests to the bays, providing information about Topgolf offerings and ensuring a positive first impression.
* Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled to the highest standard.
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas, including clearing tables and picking up golf balls, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.
* Assist guests with bay setup and provide instructions on how to use Topgolf technology, ensuring that all guests have a clear understanding of how to use our systems.
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a high level of professionalism, ensuring that all guests feel valued and respected.
* Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and memorable guest experience, working together to ensure that all guests have an exceptional experience.
* Demonstrate Topgolf's Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring, in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
**Requirements**
* Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
