About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our care team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a Senior Care and Support Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing shifts, managing staff assignments, conducting medication procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

You'll work closely with our Deputy Manager to drive high-quality care and support, and your leadership skills will play a key role in fostering a culture of success within our care team.

Requirements
