About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Companion to join our team at Dales Community Care. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Supporting clients with medication management and administration
• Helping with meal planning, preparation, and ensuring dietary needs are met
• Providing assistance with light domestic tasks to maintain a comfortable and safe living environment
• Engaging in meaningful companionship to enhance overall well-being
• Communicating effectively with clients' families and healthcare providers
